ABOUT The Founder
Anabella was born in Lima, Perú and migrated to the U.S when she was 7 years old. She holds a Bachelor’s in Spanish and has over 10 years of teaching experience at various schools in NJ as a Spanish teacher. Little Spanish Scholars started when Anabella was looking for bilingual Spanish programs for her two boys and found that there were none locally and would have to drive to NYC for such programs. She decided to leave her preschool teaching job behind which she loved, but continues to work with children by creating engaging and fun lessons that make learning Spanish fun! Her greatest joy is building a relationship with her students by making children feel valued and respected and seeing them laugh and enjoy learning Spanish.
